Hi guys! Status update above. I had submitted walk in at Brampton on Nov 1.

Should expect the OCI booklet to arrive at home in a week from today I guess?

I had booked couple of appointments under passport category on 30-Nov. Now it is not letting me book appointment under OCI category with same mobile number. Not sure if I cancel earlier appointment will it still let me book under OCI category. Anyone else faced it? Is there any workaround?

You need to cancel those appointments, even though they are from 30 Nov. use the reference number to cancel appointments, then you can book

Current passport - Canada Passport
Employment - Self letter
Indian Origin Proof - Cancelled India Passport

Hello all, I have surrendered Indian passport already and waiting for my entry visa. I'm travelling to India in few days, can I apply for OCI before that? My concern is that do I need to carry my surrendered Indian passport and surrender certificate while travelling to India? Also, there are no appointments available for OCI, is it mandatory to apply walk in ?

Last update on bls tracker was on 10th Dec- Passport ready For Dispatch after OCI stamping. Nothing after that.

Try with your reference number in Purolator website, I was able to track there.
