Hi Alex, Any updates on your side? No updates at my end. I emailed BLS and they said they escalated my case and need 48hrs to get back to me. I also emailed a person called Rajesh Ranjan, he simply said it might take more time so apply for a Entry Visa . This is bad. They didn’t even give the reason for the delay and they didn’t tell me approx when the application would be processed.
Nothing as of now. AFAIK , the process delay is from high commission so Nothing could speed up, that's why I am sitting and watching patiently. BLS has nothing to do with high commission work. As the website itself says when the application left BLS to high commission ( Visa or Oci or anything ), high commission is responsible until the decision is made. If you get any positive response, please let us know, I will torture them with calls and emails .

1) can i upload a self attested letter with paystubs instead of the employer letter in the online application ?
2) what originals have to be sent with the purolator courier service ?

So for you it got updated on the 17th Day, if it's the same for me then I am looking at 3rd of Sep for the update on OCI website. If so it will be really tight for my travel on the 24th Oct. Please keep us posted with your updates. Thanks

Most probably they (BLS) would have dispatched your OCI card. You can try tracking it in Purolater with the "CANT0Axxxxxx" number (if you have paid for return postal charges)
Yes finally after escalating yesterday to Ottawa High commission and calling officials, my OCI was processed today under 5 weeks.

Thank you. The current trend for Toronto jurisdiction is approximately three weeks from the Acknowledgement, so in your case most probably it will be processed around Sept 12.
