Just realized you need special permit to visit Eastern parts like sikkim, mizoram, nagaland etc etc.

I applied for an Entry visa instead. Flying earlier to Mumbai. Cannot wait for OCI… it’s far too cumbersome to wait for government officials to work efficiently.

Hope all doing well and safe. A few questions when submitting application for both pp surrender and OCI together

In the checklist form do we need to check the box what all documents I HV submitted shall I keep the pp surrender form option blank

For self attestation do we have to write the statement This is a true copy of the original in "" or w/o quotes

Do we need to upload the checklist as well or just hard copy will do

Does the photo need to be stamped with name of the studio and date like the one for Canadian PP

It would be really helpful if any one can respond

Hi all , does any body know how much time does BLS still quarantine applications ? or after how many days we should be able to track on BLS ?

I see few timelines above and looks like it happens in a day or two .

I sent my app last week and still not able to track ? anybody in same boat ?

check your application in diff. category like passport, visa ,pio etc.
if still not, then call them. I called them couple of weeks ago and was connected in seconds as compare to I heard it takes hours to connect them.

Yes, you can leave that blank- checklist is for your reference only and they will return it at submission.

- I submitted w/o quotes

- No upload of checklist

Tried but could not found in any category.

Called them and they asked me to wait at least till monday... ;(
