Hi, I am stuck with same error too, Did you find any solution ?

I have recently updated my phone number using Form 8 online and the status says EROLL_UPDATED. When I try to download my eEPIC also it shows my correct phone number as XXXXXXX09 but, when I try to add the EPIC number in the Profile section, it still shows up the old phone number ending as XXXXXX17 and OTP is sent to the old phone number which I don't have.

Error says Mobile number in Eroll is different from Profile section.

Does anyone know how I can add my EPIC number to my profile?

Was the new phone# (ending with XX09) an Indian or Canadian#

Voter Services portal accepts only Indian phone number.

I applied last week. I made a call to BLS Vancouver this morning to confirm and I was told that I can go ahead and apply. Current status on BLS tracking is showing as processing at consulate.

Got updated just a little while before. Vancouver did it in 7 weeks.

Not sure what is going on with OCI applications from Ottawa region. Other regions are processing faster, specially Toronto. This is sad.

It used to be 10-12 weeks of processing. Looks like its still like that.

Toronto has always been faster than others, Vancouver seems to have caught up a little bit because there was a dip in number of new applications in November because of the voter id and ration card requirement. In fact Toronto has also recently done some fast approvals.

Yes, I had included all the documents listed on the checklists. I had to submit signed declaration that I have canceled my voter id and ration card, I had made sure to do that process prior to submitting the application.

It seems they have a way to check if you have an active voter id and name in ration card. So submitting only declaration without doing any cancellation may lead to application getting rejected.
