Finally mine changed yesterday to Printed on Nov 19th 2024. It is not yet received at BLS. The card is still at the consulate.
Ack date was Sep 11th. So you will have to wait for a few more days.

What does this status of underprocess means (twice)
Yeah it is very frustrating, everyone is stuck with this surprise. Thanks to the K-thugs, we have to bear it now.
You can find out the local BLO contact from the voters website. Then anyone from your family can do your voter id surrender in person to the BLO. Take the counterfoil part of hard copy form 7 signed by BLO. And off course I don't have to tell you, nothing moves without you grease somebody's palm.
I am from Maharashtra where state elections are happening now. My mom had called the helpline number to enquire about voter id surrender in person and they told her to wait untill the state elections are over and then come in person. She said they sounded helpful.
Ok that’s good to hear , my mother visited local talathi office to cancel the name on ration card they are again telling her to come back after vote count.
