I am filling in the OCI application form. On my marriage certificate, there are three dates:
1. Date on which marriage happened - 12 Dec 2017
2. Date on which marriage was registered - 2 Nov 2018
3. Date on which the marriage certificate was digitally signed by the SDM officer in Delhi - 6 Nov 2018
Which date amongst #1, #2 and #3 am I supposed to use in my OCI application?

I haven't received the Tracking ID from BLS. You can see the update I got from BLS below,

9/25/2024: Passport ready for collection
9/26/2024: Counter Delivery to BLS Centre after OCI stamping
9/27/2024: Passport ready For Collection after OCI stamping
See below response I got from BLS for my email:
"We have received your OCI original documents received at BLS from Consulate general on 26th of September, 2024 .Your application status will reflect on the BLS website in 3-5 working days .
Alternatively, you can collect it from the BLS center to avoid possible delays during transit in between 3:00 Pm to 4:30 Pm (Monday to Friday)"

Chose pick up option - READY FOR PICK UP ON 25th SEPT
31ST SEPT - PICK UP DENIED. I WAS NOT IN THE COUNTRY SO SENT MY FRIEND WITH FULL AUTHORIZATION LETTER (WET-INK SIGNATURE) AND PASSPORT COPY AND OTHER DOCUMENTS. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO MY FRIEND, APPARENTLY ONLY SPOUSE OR FAMILY MEMBERS CAN COLLECT.
