Yup, so the last bio page is what I'm referring to: it doesn't have the city, province, zip code. Just my street address. Is that an issue?

On the OCI the first bio page Place of Issue is mentioned as Toronto
On the OCI the last bio page has the residential address mentioned under Address in India/Abroad

OCI is not an address proof document.

It's a long term visa.

Only purpose is to allow an entry to an Indian port. That's all.

You can get that updated next time, whenever a new Canadian passport is issued to you.

3-4 days for BLS to pick it up and deliver it to you.

20-25 days for Toronto

A small correction.. its not a long term visa its a permanent resident benefits for ex Indian Nationals or of Indian Origin
