Hello,

Can anyone point me to thread on entry visa timelines or if anyone can share their experience in getting entry visa?

PS: Applying for OCI but that won't be processed before travel date of 1 Jan 2024

Too early in the day still. Wait till end of day, and if no update check on purolator using application ID.

@eas2lv BLS status remains the same but there is Additional Info as Comments that has been updated. Gives a number starting with 608. Is this the tracking number by any chance?

Applied: Oct 04 (Walk-in Toronto)
Ack: Oct 20
Processed: Nov 13
Received: Nov 16 (via Purolator)

Interesting tidbit: My booklet is signed by the Consul General, not Vice Consul (OCI). Probably they are pitching in to clear the large volume of applications.

Finally received one of the OCIs in hand today. The one that was approved on 11/11.

Meanwhile, the other one is stuck at 'Shipment created - Interim manifest received' since last evening. Hopefully this one gets picked up later tonight and delivered tomorrow.
