wow ! you went to Edmonton BLS as well right ? I had 3 applications and ack date was 04 Oct. Wonder when mine will show up ! @nitesh001 , maybe you can check yours too between today and tomorrow.

I never got a receipt from BLS. They just took my application after verifying , i paid the fees and then i was let go. I even asked for a receipt but the lady at the counter said that there is none. Now i am not sure what to do if i have to Walkin for the document pickup whenever the time comes.

I will just say take your email application reference. The BLS edmonton staff were pretty nice in general.

This is weird. Receipt with payment receipt is pinned and shared.

Go back to the BLS center and ask for a receipt. I am surprised you did not escalate at the center then and there itself.

@RuchiWalia you are the only one from edmonton who got it processed in 27 days ! I hope we see ours come through as well. Can you please let me know if yours was just a single application ?

It took daily emails to the consulate, lot of prayers, and faith Hope it happens to you too.
