No glitch, its dispatched ..not received today but may be tomorrow or Monday depends if its holiday tomrw for Purolator. Go ahead, they are doing it fast as they understand the urgency.
BLS lady said standard is 2 weeks but also said it will come early like 3 -4 days .

Did they provide you with tracking number?

Has anyone managed to submit an entry visa application along with a passport surrender application successfully, particularly at the Toronto BLS? I've heard that they require a surrender certificate and may not allow the submission of both applications simultaneously.

@eas2lv I finally got my OCI last week delivered by puralator. It took me exactly 2 Months from start to finish. Applied by Post Aug 24th, received OCI October 26th. For those who are applying for OCI currently, If you see the status upate in BLS as Counter Delivery, keep pressure on them by calling and requesting an update for dispatch. For me this update happend on October 6th, but i received my OCI only on the 26th of October.

I checked and one has to go to the CGI to retrieve your passport. cgi needs atleast 48 hours notice to give your pport back along with a written explanation.

Hello guys! Just following this thread for updates. Applied on Sept 22nd in brampton for myself and son. Ack date shows at oct 10. Hopefully we get the oci and are able to travel in december.
