Going to do an in- person application for a new OCI from BLS Calgary (Vancouver jurisdiction). Does anyone know if the CGI fees of $345 has to be paid using a demand draft? If yes then please can you confirm who the demand draft should be payable to ?

Yes you are correct for In-Person Appointments in Vancouver jurisdiction.

Unfortunately this is not available in Toronto jurisdiction.
