I am wondering what exactly is "evidence that you meet the requirements of the job" - requirements per NOC or job ad? I am asking because LMIA got approved; requirements per NOC 0621 (Retail Store Manager) say "Several years of related retail sales experience at increasing levels of responsibility are usually required.", but our job ad states "minimum 1 year of supervisory experience".
If I show them at POE my 1 year supervisory experience outlined in a resume, together with letter of recommendation (support letter), will that be enough to meet the requirements of the job?
Hello Johhny123,
Honestly I dont have any answer to your question. It will be great though if you can help me with some questions regarding LMIA.
I am currenly employed and my employer is ready to give me all the support needed for my LMIA application.
Q1: Do my wage has to be more then median wage?
Q2: I advertised on three places including job bank, do i still need to advertise in newspaper? is it must?
Q3: My employer did not interview any of the candidates because we could not find any who met min. requirements. Is that a problem, i mean Employer has to conduct an interview no matter what or it just makes the LMIA file stronger?
