I got an Oath invitation letter for July 16th. Soooooooooooooo happyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!
And my case was so fast from November till July. I did not submit any extra docs or anything on top of requirements.
My case was easy and fast.

I just gave my test today! I got 20/20. But the lady at the counter said, we will let you know of the next step with the next 3-4 months.
I was confused by this because BEFORE the test began the administrator told everyone that if you pass you will contacted for your oath ceremony with 1-3 months. This makes me think they are intending to send me an RQ??
Can someone shed their thoughts/experience on my situation?
Or is there a chance I'll get the oath letter for one of the upcoming cermonies (July 31st / August 11)
it means nothing. I also was told to wait 1-3 months. Now my file is on the shelf to wait for a residency review in Toronto though my local office is in Ottawa. it looks like they have a total mess and information that I got through ATIP absolutely different from what they reply on my official inquiries. They always misinform me and when I indicate it the only thing that I got sometimes is that "we are sorry that you was misinformed previously". it looks like their right hand does not know what the left hand is doing.
Congrad Kokorais; can you share some more info, like when you took the test, total time and did you apply with the family or by yourself. Once again very happy for you.
Apply in february 2014, they return it to me because i forget to sign some papers
so i resend it to them on :
1) application received 05 july 2014
2) start processing on : 18 september 2014
3) take my test in 29 april 2014
3) and then today , i notice on my ecase that my OAT is for the 14 August 2014
