NSO Birth Cert Query

My sponsors NSO Original Birth Cert is Late registered. But is an original nso birth certificate on nso paper.

Should a baptismal and/or other documents be included in submission? or NSO Birth Cert will be enough?

If the applicant's birth certificate was registered late, you have to include some of the other proof mentioned.
If the sponsor's birth certificate was registered late, he or she must also have proof of PR, or a citizenship card, or a Canadian passport, and these can be used to prove Canadian citizenship of permanent residence - the birth certificate wouldn't be needed. I'd send it along anyway.
