I think your application has been picked for assessment in 3-4 months timeframe which I believe faster

On what exact date did you submit your application? Once you receive the application number, all you have to do is wait for the AOR? There's nothing to do but wait, Isnt?

I submitted on oct 4th ,just note that this filing with NS for Nomination .
Generally term "AOR" being used for Federal filing ..
I guess you are waiting for Nomination ..
