Got ITA from recent general Healthcare Draw - FSW/CEC.
The invite letter mentions that its under CEC category. But my Canadian job NOC (30010- Managers in HealthCare) in Express Entry profile is NOT LISTED under the NOCs (invited in Healthcare Draw).
But I do have previous home country work experience in a NOC that is listed in the Healthcare Draw.
Should I accept and apply for PR ? Please advise.

If you got an ITA already, they probably selected you due to one of the occupations listed in your work history (that is included in the NOCS in healthcare draw)

I am quite uncertain since I'm also awaiting a PNP nomination. Its kinda trickier as my EE profile expires in Feb 2025.
