CEC << Healthcare specific draw / back-home work experience/ occupational category/ NOC code & Job title

Hi experts,

I'm from healthcare field and I have recently got ITA in Express entry << CEC class << Healthcare specific draw with CRS 449.
I'm at the Doc. submission stage.

I've checked the requirements for the CEC (Express Entry) : mostly it's about Canadian skilled work experience and language ability. There's nothing mention about the back home work experience.

My today's question is - Does my back-home work experience has to be from "3 – Health occupations" only? (Broad occupational category - NOC code & Job title wise)
My current Canadian job (2 yrs of experience) falls under Health occupations, so I'm just confused about back-home work experience history. As I received ITA in Healthcare Category-based CEC draw,

P.S - I've worked in the same healthcare industry in back-home but job description wise, here it falls under Broad occupational category "2 – Natural and applied sciences and related occupations" and so I'm confused, Please help.
