So my wife's application has everything but the Oath completed. AOR is mid-November.

We have plans to travel to Asia (family and stuff), and given the situation we can't decide whether we should wait for the Oath to be scheduled or not. What do you think? It's very unusual to me as my application had LPP to Oath in less than a week while my wife's application taking a lot longer.

I would call IRCC and inquiry or raise a webform asking about the status of your application. It's an awfully long time to be waiting for the final approval.

I can't access the tracker. Neither on phone nor on browser. I feel it's time to sit tight and see how things will work out.
 
Just FYI this is the error being returned by their CDN. Emphasis is mine. IRCC is having server errors on their side and Amazon CloudFront can't reach their server. It has nothing to do with any individual application as people keep musing here.

If it’s a physical oath, assume the time of the place it Is located.

My virtual oath had time zones.

I suspected system wide vs individual specific. Thanks for the info. I wonder if IRCC is aware and if there is impact to their other systems.
For example, what if this is also impacting the emailing platform they use or the cit360 tool. It's odd that IRCC hasn't resolved this issue since Thursday.

I would doubt it has anything to do with Cit360 since the tracker only updates daily. That makes me think they are not connected and the tracker is only updated via a nightly batch process.

Hi,for in person oath ,the release and consent form ,do we print it out and then fill the names and sign or do we have to fill it on the computer and then print it out .Thanks
