I got my AOR on Nov 15 and I try to login to the application tracker. Have been getting this error:

We’re experiencing a technical difficulty
We’re working to fix this as soon as possible. Try refreshing the page or come back later.

Is anyone in the same boat?

Same here. But I'm getting this error instead.
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

This is the message I see. So maybe I will get AOR next week;

We’re now sending AOR letters or emails for paper and online applications received the week of November 4, 2024 .

If you still haven’t received your AOR, your application may be

incomplete and on its way back to you, or
going through further review before we start processing it
