Hi, I have a question about the tracker. There is the section “Details of your application status” underneath that it says: “Find out what your status means” and the “…what your status means“ part is a link. When I click on that it takes me to “Understanding the status of your citizenship application”. I choose becoming citizen and adult and then it shows one of the sections called “next steps”, and it says to check that section regularly, but I don’t see that section in my tracker?
Am I missing something?

Is it normal that when I received AOR on December 9 and was able to get the tracker working on December 11, it still says that the last update was on December 11, so nothing moved since then?

Last updates was showing as 20th November from start of application until today ,It says last updated 14th january .It also says 1 new update under application history .But everything is still in progress.What does this mean?Is it a GU?Can I expect some news or progress in 1-2 days.?

That sounds like an AOR email. It has a PDF that starts with "This is to acknowledge receipt of your application for Canadian Citizenship."

Ghost update is when the tracker updates the last updated date without anything visibly changing.
