Hi,
It was online. Missing information on form Imm5406. I got a letter outlining the reason. I fixed the error, uploaded the return letter and resubmitted

Hi, Missing information like you left a section Blank? , I forgot to enter my father's place of birth in imm5406. Would you Please specify what was the information that was missing?

Hi sure,
I had declared my spouse’s child but forgot to add him in the child section(wrote n/a instead of details). I think that it was a valid reason for return.
However I don’t believe they would send yours back for that small missing info, all the best!
