Hello, Please will the increased timeline affect us also, i thought i read the timeline will only affect new applications going forward. someone shd please help clarify
I only had updates from Quebec in Feb for my CSQ and provincial SA, but I received the pre-arrival services letter, SA from IRCC, and AIP at the end of April. Still waiting for the medical instruction letter and for my background check (in progress since Dec 28) to complete.

Whatever the processing time was at the time of your submission is how long it will take. For most of us that applied for Inland Spousal Sponsorship in Nov that is about 12-24 months depending on if you're in Quebec or not.
I think we're all waiting on background checks atm, and a couple of us still need the medical. Most have the AIP/SA. For QC timeline, only one Nov QC-person in our group has AIP/SA from IRCC right now.
