You'll get an eCoPR now. The next thing you need to do once you get your eCoPR is to change your SIN to a permanent one.

i got my gcms notes after 42 days, info sharing/eligibility/medical all completed/passed, security is in progress and criminality has not started. my concern is that my medical will expire this month and i have no final decision as yet!

You can. Jobbank is mostly full of scam and companies pretending to hire while their real intention is to sell LMIAs. Feel free to test it out, but don't get yourself down if Jobbank gets you no response.
