I've just done Bio today, still in progress in the Tracker but updated immediately in GCkey... It may change during the day maybe?

Nothing to worry about. My BIO didn't complete in the tracker for a couple of days but first completed in GcKey. As long as one of the IT systems is showing information as processed it means IRCC has access to it.

it got updated on the tracker next day, the same day on GCKey.

I did biometrics on Feb 9, it shows on tracker in progress but on GCKey it's completed so don't worry, we're on the same page

Yep sure, it's showing in GC tracker with the biometrics so it should be ok. As many have stated before there is a lag between the two IT systems GCkey and Tracker. sometimes one updated faster than the other. Anyways as long as it's on one of them. fine by me

No last week just before getting BIL

Do you recall the time passed between giving medicals and biometrics?

On 16th Jan I got the BIL, 17th Jan I gave my bio and then my medical showed passed on the same day and on 18th Jan my Bio marked as completed.

By the way (I may be wrong), I noticed that whenever there is an activity on my file it shows as updated with a date. It can give you an idea when was the last time your file was touched by an agent

Maybe you can resubmit all your documents again and adding a little note that you're giving everything you have. Hopefully things will work out for you.

By the way (I may be wrong), I noticed that whenever there is an activity on my file it shows as updated with a date. It can give you an idea when was the last time your file was touched by an agent

Last time my file was touched then is January 24
