Quick question: does your medical request include an IME number? Mine doesn't but the panel physician is requesting it.

Yes, if you look at the second page of the medical request, you can find the IME number in the "Immigration Details" section

Mine's a single paged doc. It also says I'm to upload the "proof of completion" to IRCC account. I guess I'll just have to do an upfront medical exam.

Maybe check it again. As far as i know upfront medical exam is supposed to take before aor.

That’s what I thought too, until I saw this in my account. (AOR: Nov 1; BIL + Med request: Jan 17; I had uploaded a blank pdf doc as they instructed.)

That's strange, I had also uploaded a blank document during application submission. But in the document I uploaded, I had posted a screenshot from their website that said upfront medicals is no longer required.

Maybe I should have included the screenshot. But then it won't be a blank document anymore.

I received Final Decision on 9th Jan and COPR Number generated on 10th Jan, But till now not received PPR Mail. Yesterday i called IRCC agent and they told me to be patient and they are processing. My VO is CIO Sydney Novo Scotia.
Is there anything i have to be worried?

Absolutely nothing to be worried about. Just be patient, it will come. There are others in the same situation
