When you guys call IRCC at the 1888 number, what options do you choose?
I just called them and they just gave me an automatic response (same as GC key) but I couldn't reach an agent.

it's the same number, If you're calling from outside canada use viber, textnow or fongo apps

Even outland? Please do you have number for outland calls?

Use the same number. Use an app that allows you to call using a Canadian phone number e.g. Fongo, Skype, etc.

AOR November 9, no upfront medicals, FSW-O. No update yet.

I called IRCC and the staff said my application is yet to be processed, only received on the 9th of November. I guess maybe because I didn't pay the RPRF at the time of submitting my application. I paid it on the 20th of December and raised a webform immediately but she said they are yet to receive notification of the payment. She asked for the receipt number and then confirmed the payment. She thereafter linked it to my application. That's the only positive thing so far. My concern is the POF that is being tied down rather than investing it, because I don't know if they will still ask for updated POF.

I have no idea and even I asked her again that did I pass medical and biometric she again repeated the same thing as u don't need to worry. I really don't know and have no idea about my status
