I suggest you guys put a call across to IRCC, seems like they’ve changed pattern. There’s a group I’m in for just FSW, many called and some have passed eligibility and onto criminality, background check etc. No BIL/MEP yet and UCI not changed but clearly something is going on in the background. So you could try calling to know the update of your application.

I called 3 days back and was told I’m yet to pass R10, however, I know a 22nd,23rd and a 29th that called today and were told they’ve passed eligibility. So I’m hoping I’ve been passed but scared to call again, .

Follow the prompts and choose to speak with an agent. They will ask you some security questions about your application.

Hey guys, I got a 420 IQ idea.
As we can't track application with the CAN uci, what if one registered for the Tracker account with one's pgwp UCI ?
If they are already processing the application before BIL, like others are assuming, they must have already assigned the UCI. With that logic, I should be able to register for the tracker with the same UCI as my previous TRPs; as it's branded on the individual for life...
Or do they activate the tracker ONLY after BIL? What do you think?
I mean if the call centre agent can see what's up with the app, the tracker must be online on their end with a permanent UCI ( atleast for those who already have one )

Even if you have UCI from previous application you won’t be able to create tracker account until you receive MEP/BIL.
I have previously registered for the tracker for a previous application and until I got MEP/BIL, it only showed the old application. Once I got BIL/MEP on December I was able to see the PR application on the tracker as well.
I'm not that sure. Normally new methods improve the efficiency but in this particular case this new method is just a mess. And I'm sure that after a while they will put it aside.

There's a group I'm in where it said that the real process start when we receive the BIL/MEL request. Before that, our applications are just on the queue
What I'm seeing is the PNPs have been getting BIL within a month. FSW-O seems to be slow. Better to not stress out and keep in mind the original processing time of five months. If it goes beyond, then start stressing.

It's so frustrating. I don't even know if I passed R10.
IRCC is so incompetent and slow. And they say they'll take in over 400K new immigrants a year. Clowns.
