No but I read that RROC (Rapid Response Operations Center) is usually for occupations in demand. I am ITA health care draw but my PVO is Sydney

RROC had a responsibility of processing in-demand/critical workers during COVID. It is unknown it that is being continued beyond COVID era.

Yeah I also think you need to relax. RROC haven't even fully cleared out October AORs. I think Algerian boy got his PPR yesterday, and he was like October 27th or something.
