No, I tried calling but somehow not able to reach the agent because of the confusing instructions and I keep pressing wrong option.

Sighs! I hope they are working on our applications in the background! When was your tracker last updated? Mine was updated on 8 Mar but no significant changes. BG is still in progress.

Please how long does Eligibility and Background check take? Both have been in process for me since February. Also my file was transferred to IRCC London United Kingdom, as a result, IRCC agents said they can't access my application again unless I raise webform to IRCC London. Although I live in the UK, but I thought all applications are treated in Canada. Please is it something I should be worried about? I did my Biometrics in London on the 5th of March and it was linked same day. Medicals have already been passed in Mid-february

I've got VFS appointment on 33rd day of PPR email. But in the email, it says next step should be done within 30 days. Should I raise a webform?

Maybe try calling VFS and explain them your situation and see if they can do something to book you an appointment within 30 days only.. You could also raise a webform, but the risk with that would be what if you don’t hear back from them before expiry of your PPR email.. Read the email carefully, is there any link or something that says if you are not able to get an appointment, then what steps to follow … I am no expert, giving you suggestions, what I would have done if I was in same situation.

Also get some opinion from some immigration consultant as well. Because they might have dealt with similar situation before

Do you need an appointment for passport submission? Most VFS offices accept submission by courier service and do not require appointment. Can you check if this applies in your location

You should get it done within said time period. Check with VFS and find a way out.
