I learnt my file was transferred to IRCC London office in the United Kingdom. I don't know if it's because I reside there. IRCC Canada said they no longer have update unless I raise webform to IRCC London to confirm my status. BGC and Eligibility are both in progress though I just did my biometrics on the 5th of March after being granted additional 30 days by IRCC London. Please who knows any valuable information about how fast IRCC London UK is, or an idea on why my file was transferred.

If there’s a new passport, that means the old one is no more valid. In that case, you must send the new passport along with a letter of explanation through webform.
