How do I know ECAS is in progress? Is it the same with language skills?

Got AOR on 21st but not able to register the application on tracker I tried all 3 AOR for family none able to register, any idea what could be a issue ? Do we get a email when it is eligible to track online ?

Same here but I read from old threads, it takes 2 or three days to be activated and ready to register online.
 
Hi everyone,
Me and my wife applied together (paper based) in November 2021. We both got AORs to our respective email addresses on January 21,2022. Our applications are grouped together. I’m able to create online account for myself. When I try to create my wife’s account it says “incorrect UCI or application number” . It’s been almost 10’days since we received AOR. Can someone please let me know what could be the issue ?
