I am AOR 24th November .BG status after 2nd GU reads as My application is in progress and I haven't received my 3rd GU while all others who has BG Status as" We are processing your application " with AOR 24th November 2021 have received 3rd GU/PPR..

Will my application be delayed...

I think you should call to confirm with IRCC if your VO is still CIO, if it is you should get your PPR soon, but if it’s been moved to Winnipeg, then it means it’s been transfered for security check which means there will be delay as everyone else in that boat is still waiting ..

but some experience change i.e background in progress this can change for visa refusal persons too and not visa refusal person too

For pasr non visa refusal when it changes to in progress that means ur security is in progress

I called IRCC yesterday after 2 weeks of BG status change.... Agent said my file is in CIO...what could it possibly mean...I haven't received 3rd GU which others of my AOR date have already received
