No it is not a problem at all. Other persons have been also asked to send their resume. What is you background check status? Do you have: "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information?

I think I passed my eligibility because I got second GU ten days ago. Probably its for security check but I hope it dosnt cause delay
