I just got scheduled for feb 9th. It says it was updated to in progress on Jan 28th, but the update didnt show until today (today is update date, and i also checked yesterday it was nothing. It was the same when i got DM saturday six Weeks ago, Dec 18th, didn’t update until Monday 20th)

For those who have ordered GCMS notes and have gotten past the dreaded April 23, did you see movement in your application prior to the deadline listed? The GCMS notes listed a deadline last week that came and went but the online tracker is still stuck on April 23 (no test invite yet). Does this mean the application is now considered non routine, or does IRCC just not care about the deadlines listed in the application?
