Don't even dare to dig further lol.
On my case they've never asked for my FP but requested for PP colored copies and mail it to them.

Fingerprinting is for background check, they do it for some but not all applicants. PP copies is for physical presence, again they do it only for some applicants. I got FP request before the test invite, and PP copies request after test completion.

Next week is November applicants reach one year. Many of us included myself are stuck is April 23 as last update. I prefer if IRCC tells me that “we will finish your application in two year” rather than I am waiting and watching every day for update. Is that hard on IRCC. Some people says live your life normally; it’s very hard to wait for something major in your life and you don’t know when. We have families and kids; we need to plan for them.

They don't care at all. You are not a priority for them. We are not a priority for them.

I see couple of people sent scan of PP pages by email (Mississauga). However they asked me to send color copy of pages via regular mail
to Scarborough.
