29 nov and waiting, but ircc have processed paper based in dec upto 8 dec for aor.

Could be our communication preferences is set to mail instead of email.

Looking at the data trend so far, it's likely to happen anywhere between now and Feb 23 still. There's a bit of overlap when they process the last stragglers from the previous month vs. the first week of the next month (i.e. last week of November, 1st week of December are bound to see some overlap).

Don't worry until it gets to the point of the third week of December applications being processed while yours hasn't reached an AOR - at that point, you'd either already know, have received or something else has gone horribly wrong (but let's not dwell on that )

I'd suggest just manually checking at the end of the day between now and March 1st week to be certain. Be positive!

Thanks for the swift reply - I've cleaned it up, so we should be good now. Was actually very curious that it seems that the month of November has zero urgent processing applications.

I wish I had reason to ask for urgent processing

Well same here, given this november group a few are left , my kids birth certificate were bilingual in english and regional language , that what worries me , rest am sure I didnt not miss anything .

At first, I am confident that everything is okay, but now that I haven't receive the AOR yet, I'm beginning to doubt myself, "did I check all the boxes that I need to check? did I submitter everything for all four of us in the application?"

Its good idea to look at those who got their applications returned, find the total days between delivered and returned dates. I believe that should give a feel that your applications just need extra time to process.

great suggestion! I will do that! I am hoping that ours just needed an extra time to process since it is a family of four, two adults, two minor

Have you checked eCAS regardless? Another user hadn't received anything in his e-mail, but his eCAS confirmed that his application had, in fact, been received after all, which means either:

a) E-mail address on the form was borked,
b) E-mail went to Spam and died
c) IRCC e-mail system is run by very tired hamsters on wheels

Since the two systems (email dispatch and eCAS) are discrete systems, don't just rely on the e-mail's arrival for confirmation. Keep trying eCAS as well, it won't bite you or send a mail to Trudeau to cancel your application for being annoying.

If all the bits in English make it pretty clear what field it is and the actual text the certificate is written in are in English (and not Urdu, going to assume by the Pakistani flag) you should be good, so I wouldn't worry about it.
