Considering the days to AOR average has been consistently decreasing, and has hit 85 (at this time) for September, I'd venture a guess that Early November applicants should start seeing AORs popping in starting the 24th of Jan, and throughout February.
That is unless something wrong happens and causes AOR delays to go back up.
Skipping the next step and looking at "In progress to Test", the latest day delta is ridiculously high, hitting an average of 305.
If the pace continues to be this astronomical, which unfortunately is quite possible with the pandemic, I'd say November applicants are likely to only be tested late in 2021. (November / December)
God knows when they'll go through the Oath Ceremony. My wild guess, based on nothing by gut feeling, says Citizenship by February 2022.

I like your estimation! February 2022 isn't too bad if we think about it. It'd be 3-4 months delay from the original processing time (12months) which isn't so bad given that 2020 was entirely useless XD

I have the lurking suspicion that speed will be closely tied to the public vaccination programs in place for the provinces because that removes the last perceivable risk to public sector people to work. It'd be good to revisit this around August this year to see if speed has picked up or continued to languish at its current rate.
Just a quick update from my estimations, it seems like the holidays did indeed affect AORs, bumping the "Days until AOR" go up to 140 in August, and 120 in September.
While it's likely that these numbers will continue dropping as they were prior to end of year, I'd venture a guess and direct folks to assume AORs to hit inboxes from 95 days from submission to 120, likely trending toward the longer side of the estimation.
Personally, I'm expecting mine about 110 days after receipt.

Looks like a regular rain of AOR's, going by that October 2020 thread. Going to be cautiously optimistic, even though I know that getting an AOR isn't really the end of it, just the first rest stop.
