I just received my application back today. It was received at IRCC office on November 16th. It says that the physical presence calculator shows that I have been present for less than 1095 even thought the calculator shows 1165 days...

Sorry to hear that , despite the print out showing day of 1165 , they returned , is it due to status other than pr, or maybe it's a mistake on their part

That depends on what you choose when filling out the forms, it could be email or regular mail.

I had 112 credited days as a visitor and 151 as a worker. The agent wrote "not verifiable" besides those numbers. They hid that note with liquid paper but I scratched it...

I have seen on this forum something like this earlier and people would add proof of those days with a LOE

Not sure what is a LOE? But yeah, I'll apply with copies of my passport stamps, visitor and work visa this time...
