I see couple of people sent scan of PP pages by email (Mississauga). However they asked me to send color copy of pages via regular mail to Scarborough.
That is strange. sent it last week still no update.
I was asked to send my wife's passport copies - by email, which I did. Followed up after a week and they confirmed the receipt of the scan copies and indicated that they will reach out if anything else is needed.
So even in your case, they would have received it, but they don't acknowledge.

@john_hey these are two different offices so they may follow different procedures.
And you had concerns that your test results were not validated....or something like that, isnt it.

Finally got DM today, here is the overall timelines for the adults on the app. Kids still show "In Process"... any clues on that ?
