November 2020 - Citizenship Application

Today, I have been asked to send the color photocopies of all the pages from passport via courier/post. Do I need to send separately for both family members or one envelope is ok?

Hi all, just wanted to enquire as I am seeing so many receive request for passport pages. Is this different than the passport pages submitted with the application? And was it asked after citizenship test was completed? My passport is brand new just before applying for citizenship so no visa stamps so then what pages would or should I scan??

You should still scan and submit all the pages of all passports that were valid during the entirety of the eligibility period.

Yes, you'll get a refund and the refunds are automatic for over payments.

Yes.

The original question was about refunds of excess payments. If you have paid extra, you'll get a refund of the fee that was paid extra.

For example, instead of CAD 630, you paid CAD 630 + CAD 75, you'll get a refund of CAD 75.
