I got my application returned to me today
They are saying that i missed a photo ID for my 7 yo son, but i did submit a copy of his medical card (no photo) and his passport (with a photo) as 2 IDs!!!
I don't understand what's the problem ??
Is there a number to call them?

Did you submit 1 copy of passport only as photo ID.?

They should accept biographical page of passport as an identity card with photo id.

No other identity documents comes with photo for Minor ( AB, SK Health cards does not have Photo)

Did you sent 2-copies biographical page ( one is for all passport pages, one is for identity)?

Our application has been received on Nov12th by Adam SCHELLA. Is it someone who should receive the applications? Asking because i am seeing so many applications received by clayton floyd.

Google search seems to indicate that this person works for Canada Post in Sydney, NS - so it's likely it's gone to the right place. Don't worry - it's possible that they delivered this package and then signed afterwards, I've seen it happen with a few packages I've sent through CP.

Given that most of the AOR's are for folks who've had their packages received by IRCC around Nov 2 - 5, packages received after that (like yours and mine, on Nov 10) might start happening as soon as next week (or you'd start getting them in the mail, but let's not dwell on that).
