Hello everyone!
I applied on November 28,2020(CEC - Inland) and I'm still waiting on my CoPR.
I tried to order the GCMS notes 2 times already in June and again in August and never got a reply.
I gave my biometrics back in January but after that nothing much happened. I noticed my medical status changed when my exam expired but other than that everything still the same.
My bridging visa is going to expire at the end of January 2022 and I'm not sure how long I should wait before applying to renew it. I wasn't planning on spending that money again

After reading that article on CIC News about backlog of application in process as of October, 27th, I think you should not wait at all. You will have to bite the bullet and pay that renewal fee and have the peace of mind that, at least, you have maintained your legal status while waiting for an IRCC decision.
Hello everyone!
I just got my ATIP notes from IRCC (Ordered them on Oct -16)
My VO is Montreal. I am an FSW - Inland applicant, with inland spouse. My AOR is Nov-29, 2020.
Can someone help me here : My final application status shows : Approved, and I have a COPR document# at the end with status as NOT STARTED and a print queue number. The document validity is until Nov-12 (which is gone). What am I supposed to do here?
Will letting IRCC know that I am in Canada help in receiving my COPR?
Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
Just got an update. A month ago after my medical expired, the status changes to "you do not need a medical exam" and today it changed to "you have passed the medical exam" so I assume that means it was extended (instead of remed request).

@fc123 Thanks for the update, mate. You're definitely a step closer to your COPR. My AOR is 05 Nov 2020, FSW-O. VO: London. Background check passed back in May and medical status changed to "you do not need a medical" last month, 3 weeks after expiry.
Just a couple of questions. 1) When exactly did your medicals expire? And when did your background check status change to IP2? Cheers!

Hopefully you get the same update soon! Medical expired on 25th Oct but not sure when I got IP2, sorry. GCMS received in September show all processing stages were passed in April.

Hi @legalfalcon , we received remedical request. However, my wife is pregnant now. Do we need to do x-ray mandatorily? If not, will they process the primary applicant only or both will be held up till post the delivery? What options do we have now as she is just 6 weeks now

For an individual who is pregnant, IRCC has a protocol in place and the x-Ray will not be done. However, this will be determined by the panel physician

Does that mean our application will be finalized and PPR is received only after XRay post delivery? Or can the panel physician give an exemption that x-ray is not needed?
