I received my notes last month. To the best of my knowledge, FSW-O applications are on-hold since Jan/Feb 2021 (due to COVID) and that means Nov 2020 AORs have no chance or near to zero of eligibility been passed, even OCT 2020 AORs have eligibility pending or even not started in some cases. It's a wait game. Moreover, I think application processing will be resumed after vaccination - hopefully in June/July.

I am FSW-O November 4 AOR. My eligibility had passed since January (According to GCMS). My file was transfered to my regional VO (Accra) and since then Criminality and Security has been pending.

I got an email today and hour back to confirm below details, I have question on the Original Entry Date. We are in Canada on Work Permit, but before that we came here couple of times on Visitor Visa as a tourist. So what should be the original entry date? Date I entered Canada for the first time or the date since I am on work permit?

Can anyone help ? @legalfalcon - any direction?

Please I have a question: I'm a FSW-inland applicant and waiting for my PR. I applied from Ontario and currently live here on a PGWP. If I move to Quebec while my application is still in process will it have any implication for me? Or is it better to wait for my PR approval before moving?
