I just called IRCC and the agent let me know that

Eligibility: Pass
Criminality : In progress
security : Not Started

The agent was very nice and he straight up told me that we are not processing any other case streams except people who are in Canada be it CEC or FSW.
He was like thee reason security and other steps are put on hold is that they expire and if they do, the file will have to started from scratch. He said and I quote the most important is Eligibility and you have passed that, So as soon as the pandemic simmers down all the files will be expedited. He said I am more than welcome to call again whenever I want to, But Until or Unless The pandemic simmers or the Vaccine passport is Introduced. All other files will be on Hold indefinitely .

RIP! All EE-PNP applicants are screwed!!

That’s what I’m exactly saying, doesn’t says anywhere they are only processing CEC. Inland applicants are in all streams CEC, FSW and PNP.

No they are not processing any in land EE PNP, people from DEC 2019 are still waiting. Maybe they would only pick up one lucky person to approve every month......I really appreciate that agent's honesty.

They are processing PNP same phase as pre pandemic.
See the numbers how many PNP they landed Jan 2021 Feb 2021. Same landing numbers as pre pandemic.

Nobody is panicking. Its just frustrating. This process is exactly same as CEC. Yet they are taking forever.

OMG that is crazy, I have an offer but I cannot go to school because the delayed PR. I have to keep working for my terrible employer. The PR delay took away my hope, I hate cb01126.

It's so frustrating and IRCC doesn't seems care or try to have more transparency. They are abusing their power.

CB01126 is just a holding number. This Officer probably doesn't even exist. They just use this Officer code number internally to identify applications that are on hold.
