Hi there. Is it true that they are not sending approvals to any fsw (inland/outland) applications at the moment?

I have checked different threads here and haven't seen a single case of fsw application approval for aor's since April 2020.

Requesting your GCMS Notes may be beneficial and could help move your file forward. This is the case as an immigration officer has to review your file before releasing your GCMS Notes. Thus, the IRCC officer may use this opportunity to update documents received from other agencies.

For CBSA, if your security screening is in progress, or has been initiated, unless the GCMS notes can be captured and do not delay the working of the agency, they will seek an extension, and as as soon as it your notes can be released they will, but surely before the extension time frame expires.

My AOR is 23rd November PNP outland, was thinking of ordering GCMS notes in another month or should I order them now since it can take 30-60+ days to receive them? I mainly want to know if my Eligibility is passed or not.

You can simply send a web-form if you don't want to get GCMS

The unfortunate part is that IRCC has categorized 3rd party GCMS providers into tiers when it comes to extensions.

As a result some 3rd parties will fairly consistently receive 90 days extensions when you get gcms while others receive 60 day extensions if and when extensions are taken

These actions of IRCC were revealed in response to an ATIP request and are an undisputed fact.

They get the CoPR directly as they don't need a Visa as they are already in Canada. They need to send photos along with the copy of CoPR to get the PR card.

MyCIC says Medical Exam Passed but I did my medicals before I even got my ITA back in March 2020.

My AOR was November 2020.

Will I be asked to re-take the Medical Exam in the future?

AOR: 19th Nov 2020
File Last Update: 27/01/2021 ( this is of biometrics only.)
BIL: 30/12/2020 (one note here of r10)
Biometrics: 29/01/2021
Eligibility: Not Started ( But in the Application No Section there are multiple updates that say Passed with multiple offices Saying that )
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete
Medical Pass

I only have 2 Notes that have been updated in my file.
nothing Else , May be after 2-3 months will order one more notes. may be In month of May.
