Go to the web form. Indicate that your application is handled outside of Canada. This will take you to a list of countries. Select your VO, and you'll be taken to the web form for that VO.

Does anyone else's biometric status say 'We have not received your fingerprint...', but have already given their biometrics?
I gave mine on the 23rd of Dec and that was updates in my profile on the same day but the status has not changed since. Should I be worried?

Kindly help me with the type of GCMS notes ( e-GCMS or GCMS+) required to obtain the general information like eligibility, background and etc.

IRCC will be aware of this as when they run your details though FOSS, all your immigration and current status in Canada is available to them.

However, if you have changed your country of residence, then make sure you update it with IRCC.
