Maybe. nobody knows. Depends on VO. Don't forget that people wait for their PRs since Nov 2019 or earlier. It will take IRCC a quite some time to clear this backup of people.

Folks on this forum have been awesome so just taking my chances to ask slightly different question..

i am on a closed work permit since May 2019. My AOR is Nov 2020 and if everything goes well i should have my PR sometime May/June 21... I am going to apply my bridge work permit..
My question is

1. Can i change my job on the bridge work permit? ( before i get my PR )
2. If i change my job, do i have to inform IRCC?
3. Does my job change need to be with same NOC?
4. Do i have to submit any extra documentation?
5. Can my company create any issues if i leave my job and join a new company?

i have claimed 1 year Canada experience points and that should be fine. I can submit the Canada job offer letter from a new company so my points are not affected.

Inland CEC : AOR : 30th Nov 2020, MEP: 9th Jan, Biometrics given in 2019 so not required now.

I know that I have to raise a webform to update my address, but the question is when should I raise the webform now or after moving to the new apartment. It is always after your have moved to the new address. However, if you are in the same country, you do not need to inform IRCC as IRCC does not send any documents via postal mail. But you can send a webform after you have moved to the new address.
