No, in a single application you can apply for both. They have that option while applying.

Thank You. as of now I haven't yet received BIL but once I get I will surely try to book as appointment through this above url for Dubai VFS. Do they charge any to book an appointment?. Any idea on quarantine measures and getting a visa as you have already booked.

I think we've already paid for Biometrics during AOR. Quarantine is for 24 hours approx till we get our test results. We will be tested on arrival.

So both of us have US visa so we can get visit visa on arrival but don't want to take the risk amidst the pandemic. So we have applied for tourist visa and that takes about 5 days to process.

Saw your timeline in signature section. What you mean by ghost update 1, did your BG status change from "we are processing" to "in progress" ?

What is the present processing time in actual for EE FSW OUTLAND applications?

There is no way to know for sure - IRCC say "typically" 80% of applications are finalised within 6 months of AOR but they have been clear that they cannot give accurate processing times during the pandemic. It is taking them longer to process applications because of limited office space and working from home etc but also they have received significantly less applications this year than in 2019 according to data published here.

Users upload their own progress onto myimmitracker, and so far FSW-O candidates with applications logged since 1 November 2019 have received PPR in 184 days on average, but it important to note that this is a very small sample of all applications and there are some people who applied in Nov 2019 and earlier who have not received PPR yet.

It seems the best way to understand the progress of your application is to request GCMS notes but even then some people have all stages passed and then stay in final review stage for months and months before PPR.

No change. Just an update without any changes.

You don't need a Visit visa even in pandemic situation, if you have US visa ... I was just thr for new years and it worked fine.

Just received MEP/BIL, AOR 23rd November. The BIL says I have to provide biometrics within 90 days. Since VAC's are not accepting PR applicants in India, what if I am unable to give biometrics within 90 days?
