So super excited to have finally submitted my application. Now we just wait. I went through my whole application like 4-5 times to make sure I didn't miss out any info or documentation. Very stressful moment. Not easy for a familly of 5! Lol

So super excited to have finally submitted my application. Now we just wait. I went through my whole application like 4-5 times to make sure I didn't miss out any info or documentation. Very stressful moment. Not easy for a familly of 5! Lol
Today when i logged in to my account and checked the section that says "View submitted application or upload documents" it shows all the documents that I have uploaded and submitted (document name written in green).
However, there's an extra section at the bottom which says Optional Documents. where I uploaded my Letter of Explanation when I was filling in the form. However, that tab is now showing Optional Documents, my name (no green file names). It's not showing any uploaded documents.

Hi, yes mine is doing exactly the same and not showing my LOE uploaded under Optional Documents, although I definitely submitted one. Seems like nothing to worry about if it's happening to both of us, I hope!
