Good day @legalfalcon Im having a problem on my application. We received a Request Letter but my agency says they can't open the said letter. It's been a week now and usually for adr's they only give 30 days to comply. Is it possible to just send PCC and POF because thats the usual adr that they are asking? What are other ways to solve this. Pls help anyone who experienced this?

Not sure what you mean by your agency.

Under Canadian law, only lawyers licensed with a Provincial law society or consultants licensed with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants can provide representation.

All documents received from IRCC are transmitted via the online account. Never heard of a document not being able to be opened.

Hello all - I've got an update today on my express entry application asking me to submit my passport to IRCC. It says that I need to submit it in the next 30 days with a return label to the US for me to get my passport back. But I cannot send my passport to IRCC as I am traveling to India in the first week of June 2022. I am going to be in India for the next couple of months. Can anyone please help me with how I can proceed further so that I can send my passport to IRCC from India and get it mailed back to India?

Please shed some light on this. I am dreading the new batch of notes and really hoping some form of movement in my file.

P.S Received ADR for Remedical , PCC , Schedule A and RPRF in April. Submitted in May. Received acknowledgment mail on 13 May. Awaiting new GCMS notes.

You can inform this to IRCC visa webform and request them to allow you to submit your passport in India.

IRCC will send you new instructions and your file will be processed in India for the purpose of issues you a COPR./

JUST got RFV mail, now can someone guide me what to do next???? and also while doing the biometrics VFS took around 3500 Rs. from me considering some premium lounge facility and now I don't know what was the benefit of it... I am totally clueless...

One more thing , i have just received the RFV mail, is that enough or do I need any message in GIC account as well??

I am also a victim of this premium lounge facility from VFS. Sadly, they just minted the money and nothing like a special benefit is there. Anyways, congrats on your PPR. May I know your AOR,COR. Is it FSW-O or PNP?
